Office Hour for FY 2021 ARP - Health Center Construction and Capital Improvements (ARP-Capital, C8E) Awardees
Our Capital Specialist team is hosting an office hour for recipients of fiscal year (FY) 2021 American Rescue Plan – Health Center Construction and Capital Improvement (ARP-Capital) funding. They’ll be available to answer questions and assist awardees on topics including progress reports, extension without funds, and capital projects close-out.

Pediatric Mobile Van Services: A Resource Document
Renaye James Healthcare Advisors’ (RJHA) document outlines how to establish a mobile van service to reach hard-to-reach pediatric patients who need vaccines and other preventive services. It includes legal, compliance, infection prevention and control, staffing ratios, and safety topics. It also discusses how recent rules from CMS may change the trajectory of reimbursement. HRSA Researchers Featured in The Milbank Quarterly
A HRSA-funded study that assessed health center participation in value-based payment (VBP) models in seven states was in the top 10% of papers downloaded from “The Milbank Quarterly” for 2022. The researchers found that VBP participation in these seven states grew from 35% to 58% between 2013 and 2017. During the same period, health centers increasingly participated in more advanced payment models, which allowed them to improve care coordination as well as quality and cost outcomes. STI Awareness Week is Coming Up
Join our webinar for STI Awareness Week (April 14-20), co-hosted with Fenway Health. Speakers will discuss doxy-PEP — doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) — as an emerging tool against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). National Donate Life Month

FY 2024 RWHAP Part C Capacity Development Program NOFO
HRSA recently released the FY 2024 RWHAP Part C Capacity Development Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) on Grants.gov. This program will strengthen organizational infrastructure to respond to the changing health care landscape and to increase capacity to deliver high-quality HIV primary health care services to low-income people with HIV. Apply by 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, April 16.
